This policy aims to protect personal information and outline how NFOYOO collects, uses, discloses, retains, and deletes or otherwise manages it. It also aims to inform all concerned individuals about how NFOYOO processes their personal information. This policy applies to the processing of personal information obtained by NFOYOO through technological means.

NFOYOO is committed to respecting the retention period of your personal information as established for each purpose for which it was collected, in compliance with the law. Under the law, individuals may request access to their personal information and its correction if it is incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous. They may also require the deletion of any personal information held by NFOYOO.
NFOYOO’s Privacy Officer must respond to such requests in writing within 30 days of receiving them. Any refusal must be explained and supported by the applicable legal provision. In such cases, the response must include information about the legal remedies available and the time frame for exercising them. The Privacy Officer should assist the requester in understanding the refusal if needed.
Subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions, individuals may withdraw their consent for the communication or use of the information collected.
NFOYOO also allows individuals to know what personal information it holds about them, how long it is retained, and provides a copy of it.
6. Complaint handling
Anyone wishing to file a complaint regarding the application of this policy or, more generally, NFOYOO’s protection of their personal information must do so in writing by contacting the Privacy Officer at the email address indicated in the final section of this policy.
NFOYOO requests that complainants provide their name, contact details (including a phone number), as well as the subject and reasons for their complaint, with sufficient detail for it to be reviewed. NFOYOO commits to respecting the confidentiality of all complaints received and to respond within 30 days.
7. Data hosting
Your personal information is currently hosted in Québec (Canada), but some information may be hosted in the United States by service providers. Personal information hosted in the United States is subject to different privacy protection rules, as it is governed by local laws and may be disclosed to governments, courts, or regulatory authorities as required by those laws.
8. Data security
NFOYOO is committed to protecting the personal information it processes and takes appropriate security measures to this end. Despite our efforts, we cannot promise or guarantee that the information shared with NFOYOO will be completely protected or that your information on the platform will not be exposed, disclosed, altered, or deleted due to a breach of our physical, administrative, or technical measures.
As mentioned above regarding restricting access to personal data, NFOYOO has adopted appropriate measures to limit the usage rights of its information systems so that only employees who need access are authorized to do so.
9. Privacy policy updates
This policy is approved by NFOYOO’s Privacy Officer. It may be modified occasionally to maintain compliance with the law and reflect any changes to the personal information collection process.
